Mayor Smith simultaneously scheduled Master Plan Update Meetings, Oil and Gas Meetings and Charter Review Meetings during the same time period.  Residents were being sent all different directions at once.  Some meetings were scheduled at hours prohibitive for those with daytime jobs.  

          Former Mayor DeLuca stated:  "There's not even enough time between meetings for minutes to be reviewed, approved, and considered before the next meeting.  How can P&Z take into account public input if their meeting is the same day?  We videotaped all the meetings and provided copies for everyone to review after each meeting."
