Former Mayor DeLuca Comments on Town Vs. Lake Ralph Hall Funding

"Former and current elected council members, local political action committees, and political party groups are all united in their opposition to the Upper Trinity Regional Water District’s proposal to build Lake Ralph Hall.  This situation is very serious and it should alarm everyone that the water district wants Flower Mound citizens to pay for a significant portion of the construction costs for a reservoir that is not needed, and that we'll never use any water from."
