         Grow Slow Flo Mo - founded 2015   

          This group of homeowners was the first to form since 1996 to challenge powerful and wealthy development interests.  It was successful in getting three new council members elected who campaigned in support of SMARTGrowth and the Master Plan.  Immediately after the election, the group was hacked by anti-Master Plan/SMARTGrowth interests including aforementioned groups who began efforts to invalidate election results in a variety of attempts including ethics investigations.  In addition:

          - The Hayden administration criticized members during Council meetings and interrupt and argue while members are speaking and make accusations at them from their council seats, and did not allow some members to speak during Citizens Participation. Private residents not even in attendance are criticized during public meetings.

          -  Land and development interests have pursued legal actions against individual members for researching and opposing their Master Plan changes such as:  "Cease and Desist Orders" designed to prevent freedom of speech, and even a secret eminent domain seizure against one member to benefit a private business.

          -  A sitting council member falsely accused members of a private chat group of trying to harm him and his family because the group was seeking to run candidates against him in the next election. 

          -  The same sitting council member accused one of the group's 3 successful 2015 council candidates as the cause of death of a seriously ill P&Z member who was replaced by one of the new councilman's choice.
          -  The places of business/employment of group members have been targeted and harassed in order to force employment firings and cause loss of customers.
